Our honey, produced by our italian bees.

In the heart of Tuscany, at the foot of the Pisan Mountains, the La Valle farm extends over a wooded area of deciduous trees, 5 hectares wide where we have been producing our honey since 2016.

A permanent apiary consisting of 80 beehives in full production is located in an ancient quarry hidden in the woods.

Since 2016 we practice the "nomadism", which consists in moving the hives to various uncontaminated sites, carefully chosen, on the Pisan mountains and on the Lucca hills, to collect honey from homogeneous blooms.

Thanks to the activity of our precious Italian bee (ligust honey bee, a breed exported all over the world) the company produces and sells acacia, linden, chestnut and millefiori honey.
